On July 31, 2014, Banc of California, Inc. (the “Company”), announced that the Company will host a conference call at 8:00 a.m. PST (11:00 a.m. EST) on July 31, 2014 to discuss its operating results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2014 and other matters. The earnings release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
Interested parties are invited to attend the conference call by dialing 877-474-9506, and referencing event code 83328951. A copy of the presentation materials to be discussed during the conference call will be made available prior to the call on the Company’s website and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
