This Form 8-K/A amends the Form 8-K filed by the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (the Bank) on April 30, 2014, to add information about the Committees of the Bank's Board of Directors (Board) on which director Bradley W. Beal will serve for the remainder of 2014. The Board has appointed Mr. Beal to the Affordable Housing Committee, EEO-Personnel-Compensation Committee, External Affairs Committee, Finance Committee, and Risk Committee.
