ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On July 30, 2014, Atlantic Coast Financial Corporation issued a press release announcing financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014. The full text of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1.
