On July 24, 2014, Meridian Interstate Bancorp, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation, announced that Meridian Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation, intended to close its stock offering on July 28, 2014, in connection with the mutual-to-stock conversion of Meridian Financial Services, Incorporated (the “MHC”).
On July 28, 2014, Meridian Bancorp, Inc. announced that it had closed its stock offering and the mutual-to-stock conversion of the MHC.
