EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Amendment No. 1 to Form 8-K is an amendment to the Current Report on Form 8-K of CommunityOne Bancorp (the “Company”) filed on July 29, 2014 (the “Initial 8-K’) to attach the Second Quarter 2014 Earnings Presentation which is posted on the Investor Relations Section of its website, www.community1.com as Exhibit 99.2 to the Report and incorporate the presentation by reference. Due to administrative error, the incorrect presentation had been attached to the Initial 8-K. Except for the foregoing, this Amendment No. 1 does not modify or update any other disclosure contained in the Initial 8-K.
