Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 28, 2014, the registrant issued a press release reporting that it has changed its corporate name to “Aoxin Tianli Group, Inc.” (“Aoxin Tianli”, or the “Company”). In connection with the name change, the Company’s common shares will commence trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the new ticker symbol “ABAC” (NASDAQ: ABAC), effective July 29, 2014. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
