Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Dr. Alexandre Abizaid, Director of Invasive Cardiology at the Institute Dante Pazzanese of Cardiology in Sao Paulo, Brazil, is presenting information on REVA Medical, Inc.’s (“REVA”) Fantom scaffold program on Friday, July 25, 2014 at 1:55 p.m. EDT at the Bioresorbable Vascular Scaffold Conference. The conference is being held July 25th and 26th at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston, Massachusetts. The presentation materials being delivered are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. A copy of the materials will be posted under the Investor Relations section of REVA’s website at www.revamedical.com.
