On July 24, 2014, we issued a press release announcing an increase in our quarterly cash dividend.  A dividend of $0.06 per common share will be paid on September 30, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 9, 2014.  A copy of the release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
