On July 25, 2014, Barbara J. Fournier informed Franklin Street Properties Corp. (the “Company”) that, effective March 31, 2015, she will retire from the Company and resign her positions as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. In addition, Ms. Fournier informed the Company that she will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors upon the conclusion of her term as a Class II director at the 2015 annual meeting of stockholders. Ms. Fournier has confirmed that her decisions were not due to a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
