Item 8.01 Other Events
On July 22, 2014, the Board of Directors of BNC Bancorp (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on August 29, 2014 to shareholders of record as of August 15, 2014.
The Company’s press release, dated July 23, 2014, announcing the quarterly cash dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
