Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 16, 2014, Scott C. Mahan, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Operations of BSQUARE Corporation (the “Company”), informed the Company that he is resigning from the Company effective August 15, 2014, to pursue another opportunity.
The Company’s press release dated July 22, 2014 announcing Mr. Mahan’s resignation is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
