On July 21, 2014, Titan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) posted a corporate presentation on its website, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and which is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 21, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing enrollment of the first patients in the Phase 3 clinical study to support resubmission of the New Drug Application (NDA) for Probuphine®, the Company’s investigational subdermal implant for the maintenance treatment of opioid dependence. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibits 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
