On July 21, 2014, Foresight Energy LP (the “Partnership”) announced by press release an update regarding the previously announced fire at the Partnership’s Hillsboro mine. A copy of both press releases issued by the Partnership are filed with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
