Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 21, 2014, Enterprise Bank, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Enterprise Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) mailed a Quarterly Statement letter to the Company’s shareholders. The letter includes general corporate information as well as a communication that the Company filed a Registration Statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 18, 2014 regarding the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Stock Purchase Plan.
A copy of the letter is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
