ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
On July 18, 2014, NewBridge Bank issued a press release announcing the launching of a middle-market banking group and the hiring of an experienced commercial banking and treasury services team to support this new line of business. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
