Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
In connection with a reorganization, Steve A. Daheb, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Citrix Systems, Inc. (“Citrix”), has decided to leave Citrix. As a result of the reorganization, Citrix has eliminated the role of Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Daheb has agreed to remain as an employee of Citrix to provide transitional advisory services to the company through February 2, 2015. As a result of the reorganization, Mr. Daheb ceased to serve as an executive officer (as such term is defined in Rule 3b-7 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934) of Citrix effective July 14, 2014.
