The Board of Directors of Uwharrie Capital Corp (the “Registrant”) has declared a 2% stock dividend to be paid August 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of July 30, 2014.
A copy of the press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the Registrant’s results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
