Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 17, 2014, RSP Permian, Inc. (the “Company”) issued the news release that is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 (the “News Release”). In the News Release, the Company announced second quarter 2014 production, an increase to its previous production and capital expenditure outlook for 2014, an increase in its horizontal inventory, an expanded borrowing base under its credit facility, updated hedging and liquidity positions, and an update to its drilling operations.
