Item 5.02(b) Resignation and Retirement of Certain Officers
Mr. Richard Shupe, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has provided notice to United Security Bancshares (“the Company”) of his resignation from the Company, effective August 8, 2014. After more than 30 years of banking, Mr. Shupe will retire to pursue other interests.
