Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
James R. Shand, Senior Vice President – Global Practice Management of PRGX Global, Inc. (the “Company”), will be leaving the Company effective on or about August 15, 2014. The Company expects to enter into a separation agreement and release with Mr. Shand.
