Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 15, 2014, Nicolet Bankshares, Inc., announced its earnings for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1, to this Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
