Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 9, 2014, Liberty Interactive Corporation ("the Company") issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that its President and Chief Executive Officer, Greg Maffei, will host a conference call to discuss results for the second quarter of 2014 on Tuesday, August 5th, at 12:15 p.m. (ET). During the call, Mr. Maffei will discuss the Company's financial performance and outlook and may discuss the proposed spin-off of Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, as well as other forward looking matters. This Current Report on Form 8-K and the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 are being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission under Item 7.01 of Form 8-K in satisfaction of the public disclosure requirements of Regulation FD and shall not be deemed "filed" for any purpose.
