Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 14, 2014, Measurement Specialties, Inc. (the “Company”) confirmed that production in Shenzhen, China resumed last week and 97% of employees have returned to work. The Company is working with customers on past-due product shipments and is targeting being current on shipment commitments within the next two months.
