On July 2, 2014, Teresa S. Gendron, Vice President and Controller of Gannett Co., Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that she will be resigning her position with the Company effective August 8, 2014 to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Gendron will continue to serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer until her departure.
