Departure Of Directors Or Principal Officers; Election Of Directors; Appointment Of Principal Officers

Effective July 02, 2014 the Board of directors of the Company accepted the resignation of Adrian Towning as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and appointed Richard Specht, as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer. The appointment of Richard Specht as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer was not based on any prior understanding or arrangement.

Effective July 02, 2014 the Board of directors of the Company accepted the resignation of Charles Hamouth as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.

As a result Management will consist of 3 (Three) as follows;

Chief Executive Officer / Director

Facundo I. Bacardi
Senior Advisor / Director

Richard Specht
Corporate Secretary / Interim Chief Financial Officer / Director
