Item 7.01 Regulation FD Information.
On June 30, 2014, Bridgepoint Education, Inc. submitted the audited, consolidated financial statements for each of its institutions, as well as the respective compliance audits, for the year ended December 31, 2013 to the U.S. Department of Education, as required by Department regulations.
