On June 27, 2014, Dr. George N. Hatsopoulos, a director of Tecogen Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company that he would resign from the Company's Board of Directors effective immediately. Dr. Hatsopoulos’s position with the Company as a member of the Board of Directors. Dr. Hatsopoulos’s decision to resign is solely for health reasons and did not involve any disagreement with the Company, the Company's management, or the Company’s Board of Directors.
