Explanatory Note: As previously disclosed in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed on June 30, 2014 (the “Original Filing”), on June 27, 2014, Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc., through its operating partnership, Rexford Industrial Realty, L.P., completed the acquisition of an industrial portfolio consisting of nine properties.  This Form 8-K/A amends the Original Filing to include Exhibit 2.1, which was unintentionally omitted from the Original Filing.
