On July 1, 2014, Rentrak Corporation (“Rentrak”) issued a press release to announce that on June 26, 2014, Richard Hochhauser notified Rentrak that he plans to retire and will not stand for re-election to Rentrak’s board of directors when his current term expires at Rentrak’s 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Hochhauser will continue to serve as a director until the 2014 Annual Meeting. Mr. Hochhauser has served on Rentrak’s board of directors since 2009 and currently serves as the Chair of Rentrak’s Nominating and Governance Committee and as a member of Rentrak’s Compensation Committee.
