On July 1, 2014, The Madison Square Garden Company (the “Company”) announced that MSG Holdings, L.P., an indirect subsidiary of the Company, completed the previously announced sale of Fuse Holdings LLC and its subsidiary to the parent company of NUVOtv, SiTV Media, Inc.
A copy of the press release containing the announcement is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
