Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers
Effective July 1, 2014 Alan Johnson resigned as our President and Gannon Giguiere, our current Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and Secretary, was appointed to the vacated President position. Mr. Giguiere has not received additional consideration from us for serving as our President but may in the future. Mr. Johnson continues to serve as a director of ours. Mr. Johnson’s resignation as our President did not arise from any disagreement with us on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices.
