(d) On June 25, 2014, the Boards of Directors of Cheviot Financial Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Cheviot Savings Bank, appointed Mark T. Reitzes to the Boards of Directors, effective July 15, 2014. It has not been determined what committees of the Boards of Directors, if any, Mr. Reitzes will be appointed to.
