On June 30, 2014, Tiptree Financial Partners, L.P. (“TFP”) informed its limited partners that TFP is delaying the redemptions into Class A common stock of Tiptree Financial Inc. (“Tiptree”) that were expected to occur beginning on July 1, 2014. A copy of the communication is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
