On June 30, 2014, Great Lakes Aviation, Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that it has engaged Raymond James as its investment banker to advise the Company with respect to new financing options and strategic alternatives. The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
