EXPLANATORY NOTE
On June 23, 2014, SemGroup Corporation filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Current Report on Form 8-K, dated June 23, 2014 (the “Form 8-K”). The Form 8-K inadvertently included Item 2.01 “Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets” and the disclosure under Item 2.01. The sole purpose of this Current Report on Form 8-K/A is to delete Item 2.01 and the disclosure under Item 2.01 from the Form 8-K.
