Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On June 26, 2014, Kite Realty Group Trust (the “Company”) filed an amendment (the “Amendment”) to its Articles of Amendment and Restatement of Declaration of Trust, as amended, with the State of Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation to increase the total number of authorized common shares of beneficial interest from 200,000,000 to 450,000,000. The Amendment became effective upon filing.
