On June 27, 2014, the Company announced that its common stock will be in included in the small-cap Russell 2000 Index, the broad-market Russell 3000 Index, the Russell Microcap Index and the Russell Global Index when Russell Investments reconstitutes its comprehensive set of U.S. and global equity indexes on June 27, 2014.
