Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 26, 2014, John McEnroe, Executive Vice President - Country Operations of CHS Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intent to retire effective December 31, 2014. Mr. McEnroe’s duties will be assumed, effective on September 1, 2014, by Lynden Johnson, who currently serves as Executive Vice President, Business Solutions of the Company. Mr. McEnroe will continue his employment with the Company through December 31, 2014.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 27, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing Mr. McEnroe’s retirement effective December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
