ITEM 5.03 AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL
          YEAR

On June 23, 2014, the majority stockholder of Ticket to See, Inc., a Nevada
corporation (the "Company") adopted resolutions approving an amendment of the
Company's Articles of Incorporation to change the name of the corporation from
Ticket to See, Inc. to Cell Source, Inc.

The Amendment was filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada on
June 23, 2014 and changed the name of the Corporation from Ticket to See, Inc.
to Cell Source, Inc., effective June 26, 2014.
