On June 26, 2014, Coronado Biosciences, Inc. issued a press release announcing that Dr. Eric Hollander, Clinical Professor Psychiatry and Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and Director of the Autism and Obsessive Compulsive Spectrum Program at the Montefiore Medical Center, has completed his pilot study of oral TSO (Trichuris suis ova or CNDO-201) for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
