Pacific Continental Corporation, the bank holding company for Pacific Continental Bank, has announced the appointment of Eric Forrest to its board of directors, and to the board of Pacific Continental Bank, effective immediately. Mr. Forrest’s appointment to the respective boards expands the number of current directors from nine to 10. A copy of the press release announcing the appointment of Mr. Forrest is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
