Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 25, 2014, Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Nationstar Mortgage LLC and Nationstar Capital Corporation, will redeem all of the remaining outstanding principal amount of the 10.875% Senior Notes due 2015 and has mailed a notice of full redemption for such notes. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
