Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 24, 2014, Walgreen Co. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended May 31, 2014. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated in this Item 2.02 by reference.
