On June 23, 2014, Umpqua Holdings Corporation announced that its subsidiary, Umpqua Bank, will be consolidating 27 stores this year as a result of its April 2014 merger with Sterling Financial Corporation. For more information on these branch closures please refer to a copy of the release which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
