This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K filed on June 23, 2014 to correct the date of the Current Report and the date of the Exhibit reference.

Item 8.01. Other Events

On June 23, 2014, OSI Systems, Inc. announced that its security division subsidiary, Rapiscan Systems, Inc. has received a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract from the U.S. Department of Defense valued at approximately $102 million to supply multiple units of its cargo and vehicle inspection systems and related training, spare parts, service and logistics support for Iraq.
