On June 19, 2014, Craig dos Santos advised the board of directors (“Board”) of Kitara Media Corp. (“Company”) that, effective as of such date, he was resigning as a member of the Board. Mr. dos Santos’ resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company or its management on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
