Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Diversicare Healthcare Services, Inc. announced plans to assume the operations of three leased facilities totaling 339 skilled nursing beds in Missouri effective July 1, 2014. The facilities were acquired by Aviv REIT (NYSE: AVIV) and are leased for an initial term of 15 years. This portfolio is expected to contribute in excess of $17 million in annual revenues.
A copy of a press release describing the portfolio transaction is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
