On June 20, 2014, Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved SIVEXTRO™ (tedizolid phosphate) for the treatment of adult acute bacterial skin and skin structure infections. A copy of the press release announcing this event has been filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
