Item 8.01 Other Events
On June 18, 2014, SJW Corp. (the “Company”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, San Jose Water Company, provided the public with additional information on their web sites relating to ongoing water conservation measures taken or to be taken in response to the historical drought conditions in California, including information on customer water usage. The web sites are accessible at www.sjwater.com and www.sjwcorp.com. The Company intends to update the web sites as appropriate during the period in which the water shortage contingency plan of Santa Clara Valley Water District remains in effect.
