At a meeting held on June 18, 2014, the Board of Directors of Astoria Financial Corporation declared a quarterly cash dividend of $16.25 per share ($0.40625 per each depositary share) on its 6.5% Series C Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred stock. This quarterly cash dividend will be distributed on July 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2014.
